1. Who we are

These Terms of Service cover the websites, software and services provided by Virtus Integration, doing business as Etherflow ("Etherflow," "we," "us," or "our"), including Lucivity. By using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Using our services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with them, try to get around their security, or use them to harm others. Organizations that use Lucivity are responsible for the people records they keep in it and for having permission to keep them.

3. Lucivity text messages

Program

Lucivity text messages tell volunteers about their serving schedule and roster changes and carry messages between volunteers and their coordinators. Details and examples are on the Lucivity text messages page.

Signing up

You sign up by texting JOIN to (888) 519-5710, or by replying JOIN to a one-time invitation from your organization sent from (888) 519-5710 or (833) 901-0894. Only the owner of a mobile number can sign it up; an invitation you do not answer signs you up for nothing, and no more texts follow it. Signing up is not required to volunteer with any organization that uses Lucivity.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your serving schedule. Etherflow does not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one text confirming you are unsubscribed and then send no more. To sign up again, reply START.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Software in development

Some of our services, including Lucivity, are under active development. Features may change or be removed, and we may change these services at any time.

5. No warranty

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Etherflow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
